Meet Dr. James Collins
Dr. James Collins is a Doctor of Strength and Conditioning and a Rehabilitation Specialist with extensive academic and practical experience in performance and injury management.
He is accredited and certified in Strength and Conditioning through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and the United Kingdom Strength and Conditioning Association.
With a Master's degree in Sports Rehabilitation, Dr. Collins combines advanced clinical knowledge with hands-on expertise to restore movement, rebuild strength, and return clients to full performance.
His work spans general population clients, amateur athletes, and professional and Olympic-level performers, including serving as the personal trainer to Melanie C (Sporty Spice).
